If you have already registered as a user of any Tarjouspalvelu.fi supplier portal, you can use the same user account on portals belonging to all organisations on Tarjouspalvelu.fi.


If your user account is not found, you can register on the supplier portal.

  • Click "Register"
  • Begin registration by finding companies registered on the supplier portal by searching using the company's VAT number or business ID

          1) If your company is not registered on the system, select "New company" and "Continue to register"

          2) If your company is already registered on the system, select your company from the list of search results to connect your new user account and click "Continue to register"

 

NOTE: If your company does not have a VAT number, registration can be completed by selecting "The company does not have a VAT number"



Register:

 

1) If a new company is being created in conjunction with registration

 

Company details and identification:

  • Enter your company's VAT number, name, address, post town and country.
  • Enter the phone number
  • Enter your surname and first name, and your desired user ID (email address)


Contact person:

  • The first person registered by a company will also be the company's contact person and this person will be able to administer who can register as a company user on the supplier portal.


Note: text cannot be entered in grey fields. The "Contact person" is generated automatically using the names that were entered and "Email" is generated from the user ID (blue fields in the figure below). 


Password:

  • Enter a password and confirm it by re-entering it.
  • Please note the minimum requirements for passwords

 

Register:

  • Finally, click "Register". 

 

Activating your account:

  • When you have registered, the site will show a page saying "Thank you for registering." An activation link will be sent to your email address – click on this link.


2)  If you have signed up to an existing company:



Contact person:

  • The first person registered by a company will also be the company's contact person and this person will be able to administer who can register as a company user on the supplier portal.


Password:

  • Enter a password and confirm it by re-entering it.
  • Please note the minimum requirements for passwords

 

Register:

  • Finally, click "Register". 
  • When the registration has been completed, the site will say "Thank you for registering."

 

Activating your account:

  • When you have registered your account, there are two activation phases

          1) An activation link is sent to the email address associated with the user account and it should be used to confirm the account

          2) An activation link is sent to the contact person's address and this person confirms activation.
